I was a WP Engine customer for many years and they were great, but their pricing got too much for what I needed as they started to focus more and more on the enterprise market. My blog had decent traffic but was not massive. So I switched to WPX on the strength of reviews I had seen online and I have to say I am super happy with the move. The pricing WPX has is friendly to serious bloggers and small businesses running on WordPress, but most important of all...their service is frankly amazing. No more copy/paste responses from low level support employees. Every person working in support at WPX is highly skilled and empowered to fix issues as they come up. I have never had a problem that wasn't fixed promptly and professionally by the first support person I chatted with, and it is all chat based. They are there 24/7 and respond quickly whatever the issue. I really couldn't be happier...site runs fast as ever, price is cheaper and the support is brilliant. A+.
